When you fist become a parent it can be really scary. I mean really scary. Whether you have experience with children or not then the child becomes your own it is scary. There are so many things that run threw your mind, should I do this, buy that, try this, etc.. Wouldn’t it be great if you could test out or get samples of items or even have items samples of products that you might not have thought about for your kids? Well I am here to share with you Citrus Lane. Citrus Lane is an ward-winning subscription service which delivers boxes on a monthly basis which are geared towards newborn through 5 year old kids.

I can remember when I was pregnant with Chloe. I remember wondering what would be the best things to register for, what was going to work, what would my unborn child like when she got to this world. I was giving great suggestions from my friends who were already moms. Those suggestions came tried and true from their experience. I was so overwhelmed I just took in all what my friends said and recommended and picked from their suggestions. Taking advice from parents that have “been there and done that” is what Citrus Lane was based on.

As a new mom I would have loved to have a care packaged, isn’t that a cute way to think of the Citrus Lane boxes, to test out some products. I mean who here can’t admit to buying something only to either give 3/4 of the product away or just pitching it because it did not work for you child? I know I can.  But with Citrus Lane’s monthly subscription service you can do just that, try and test out some very cool products.

Our box came filled with a Bumkins lunch tote, build a burger from Green Toys, Beeswax crayons and doodle pad from Faber-Castell, Organicasaurus Baked Corn Snacks by Good Boy Organics and 4 fests of address labels from Tiny Prints.

Caelyn, our youngest, instantly went for the build a burger. She has in the past year really enjoyed playing restaurant so this was one of the items she was excited to play with. She loved making her dad and I a burger and serving us lunch.

Now while the boxes are focused to children up to age 5 Chloe, our oldest, loved playing with the beeswax crayons and doodle pad.  She is our artist. She loves creating pictures and making stories. So the crayons and doodle pad were right up her alley.

Joining the Citrus Lane Month subscription is easy and if you do it now you are able to get $10 off your purchase by using the code BLOGPOST. But lets say you have gotten a couple boxes and you have found a product you love. Unfortunately it is not sold in a store near you though.
